General conditions of the Astudio beauty institute

 

These General Conditions are valid from January 1, 2024

 

The General Conditions of the Astudio beauty institute are valid within the framework of all contractual or non-contractual relations from the moment you make an appointment, purchase our products or book our treatments.

 

By making an appointment, you confirm your unlimited and unreserved agreement with our general conditions herein. Any exemption is only valid if it is expressly validated and notified by the Astudio institute.

 

Prices for treatments and products

Our offers and prices are only valid in Switzerland for all individuals or legal entities. Prices are in Swiss Francs, VAT is included, subject to price changes which are subject to variation during the year according to our assessment.

 

Payments

All treatments and products are payable in CHF.

To pay for your treatments, you have the payment methods offered on the booking site which you will access via the "Book your treatments" button and at the Institute in cash. For products, payment is made at the institute only during your appointments.

Payment for our treatments is made on site at the end of each treatment, the Astudio beauty institute does not grant credit or payment arrangements.

Any cancelled appointment must be announced at least 48 hours in advance. After this period, the Astudio institute reserves the right to claim 50% of the price of the treatment as compensation for the loss incurred.

For a substantial amount of care to be provided that Astudio decides at its discretion, these clients will be asked to pay 50% of the care when booking the appointment in order to cover any possible cancellation of this care with, as a consequence, a loss of income.

 

Responsibility

The Astudio Beauty Institute is only liable for the care provided and is limited to the liability of a beauty salon according to the federal law on protection against the dangers of non-ionizing radiation and sound, as well as the guidelines of the Swiss Association of Beauticians and Beauty Institute Owners.

The Astudio Beauty Institute will not be held responsible in any way for a lack of care linked to poor preparation beforehand or poor or poorly carried out follow-up after the care which would go against the recommendations on our site or during our preparation and advice appointments.

 

Intellectual property rights

The intellectual property rights of the Astudio Geneva beauty institute website as well as its layout and content, in particular all documents, elements and images belong exclusively to Astudio Beauty or its suppliers and service providers and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or published without the express and duly drafted agreement of Astudio in advance.

 

Applicable law

The laws and regulations applicable to all services and products sold by the Astudio beauty institute are subject to Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction is Geneva.

 

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to adapt or modify these General Conditions at any time.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be ineffective, the effect of the other provisions shall not be modified or inapplicable.

 

These General Conditions have been drawn up and validated by the Astudio Lindgren beauty institute, which has full responsibility for them.
